Returned shoes must be unused and unworn and in resalable condition. 3. You must return the shoes the way you received them. Place the shoelaces in their original position (if applicable), include the supporting paper (if applicable), put the shoes back in the protective bags/paper (if applicable) and include all items in the original shoe box. 4. A separate carton must be used for your return shipment. We recommend to use separate carton/ Box for returning your order. 5. If your return shipment originates from outside the European Union, you are required to write 8220;returned goods8221; and 8220;no commercial value8221; on the package. We don8217;t accept return shipments in case we are subject to payment of import duties. 6. Worn shoes can8217;t be change or not refundable. Shoes must be in original and resale condition. 7. PayPal transaction fee is not refundable that paypal charged during every transaction.
